All of the Saiyans should've been brought back to life after the dragonballs were used to wish everyone Freiza had killed back.

Watch Episode of Bardock though. You'll see that Bardock was never killed. The explosion of the planet and being caught in Freiza's attack fucked time up and sent him way back in time.
