Rin is strangely both, normally she is Tsundere as she is Tomboyish but under that she has a softer side that she sometimes shows, but when pissed off she is Yandere and she will kill you.
From what I can guess anyways from all the PVs I've seen.

If you want to be technical, she's whatever the fuck you want her to be since Vocaloid has no true cannon.

But yandere fits her better, in my opinion.
