Isn't Shattered Memories completely separate from the rest of the Silent Hill games? As far as I know, she was never referred to as Heather in that game.

she was never referred to as heather in silent hill 1 either. only Cheryl. that is because shattered memories is a re-imagining of silent hill 1. Heather technically hasn't even been created yet in either.
