I don't understand the reference here. The guy's just a heartless mob hitman that loses his shit and kills everyone because his dog died right? Sounds more like a country music song to me. Lycoris go after people intending to cause harm and disrupt peace, this guy does just he opposite. Am I just missing something? I don't see how the two shows are the same.

Also shouldn't this be tagged as Lycoris uniform? The outfit isn't exclusive to Chisato and he doesn't have a ribbon in his hair or anything to emulate her.
