Naruto can't b considered "gay" exactly. But he IS an incredible idiot for not noticing how the cutest, sweetest and curvy girl in the village, loves him so much...while instead giving so much attention to the meantest, more violent flat-chested bitch in the village.

I swear, everytime Naruto gives more attention to Sakura than he does to Hinata (which is pretty much the entire manga), is Kishimoto trolling all the men in the world...while giving false hopes to the most abusive and Sakura-like fangirls of the story.
