I think it would look better if you drew the close-up penetration in a separate mini panel and placed it at the side or corner instead of drawing it in the background, like in this picture: gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...8404123&tags=futanari

That way, it wouldn't look crowded and helps to emphasize what Imari is actually doing. Hope this helps
