Aaron86, please keep in mind the actual meaning of the word "futanari," as it does not simply mean 'female' with male genitalia contrary to popular western belief. To be a futa requires BOTH a vagina and a penis (balls being on the optional side of things) as it's essentially the Japanese equivalent of the word "hermaphrodite," and outside of the genitals, at least traditionally in usage, requires a female body.

So one with a male body, but both sets of genitals could maybe be considered as a reverse-futanari/reverse-futa. Though that's subjective whereas the requirement of both male and female anatomy is not. Just, in respect for the word's traditional usage as well as to avoid confusion and inevitable issues regarding what people are and are not into, would designate male bodied futanari as reverse-futanari instead, or something along those lines.
