Dryads: "The Sluts of the Forest"
Danger level: ★☆☆☆☆
Family: Plant-type monster
Class: Neutral
In accordance with their appearance, they cannot move at all, and thus have no ability to come in one's direction and inflict harm whatsoever.
That they are fixed in place in such a sexually provocative configuration is due to natural selection, in that the individuals who beautifully assume this lascivious state continue to survive, and for girls who have no means to defend themselves, it is precisely beauty and obscenity that are their weapons. As the generations accumulate in pursuit of this strength, each shall continue to grow yet more beautiful.
One may be inclined to think that, being unable to move while brimming with immense lust, dispersion and reproduction would be difficult for them, but in truth it is rare for their cravings to be in excess, as the other monsters, animals, male humans, etc. lured in by the strong scent of the sap the girls emit are constantly returning, confused.
The girls are pollinated by being thoroughly gang raped by the organisms which they have gathered in such a manner.
Furthermore, in areas with dryad colonies, monsters, animals, and humans have encountered them frequently recently as if called to them, but there is something like a neutral zone so that all of the dryads do not get hurt. If one wishes to work there, they will be subjected to sanctions if dragged out as far as the safe zone.
Moreover, however rarely, the girls have been known to offer a fruit filled with magical power to males to whom they have taken a liking.
These fruits are typically too bitter to be edible, but when those whom the girls recognize as partners eat them, they are incredibly delicious with a sophisticated, creamy sweetness. It is so nourishing that it is said that if you eat one, you can have sex for three days and three nights without sleeping.
Individuals that have achieved pollination become fully pregnant in roughly two months, bear seeds as large as human infants, and entrust them either to male animals visiting the colony or to those with whom they have fallen in love.
While ordinarily it would be risky to leave one's offspring wholly in the hands of another, since those trusted with them understand the advantages of treating these seeds hospitably, there is virtually no cause for concern.
Incidentally, in the past, there have been countries which attempted to raise dryads as pets, but in addition to being brought up with the same level of care as vegetation, men all across said countries became charmed by their being more beautiful than ordinary women, and the abnormal propagation of dryads accumulated due to a dramatic fall in the birth rate and the total loss of their natural predators. In heed of these anecdotes of ruin, some countries strictly prohibit the transport of dryad seeds, as an aggressive invasive species.
