Because I'm not used to distinguish between eras. Moreover, the manga of City Hunter ran from 1985 to 1991, so in 2 different decades. For instance, this was used for the cover of volume 31 of the tankōbon edition, so Hōjō probably drew it in the beginning of the 90's.

Anyway, I'll add oldschool to help search. Sorry for this oversight. :)
