Ivy's confirmed to never get older, along with Maxi, Raphael, etc. She's canonically the 'True Daughter of Soul Edge' since Cervantes was the host for SE at the time of Ivy's conception. Soul Edge keeps the body in top physical form, in case it needs a host. That's why Ivy stopped aging at 32. She was in prime physical form at the time.
