If you lower the contrast and brightness of the skin of the ladies and the men, I think it will look better. Since this takes place in a dark room at night, the highlights shouldn't be too bright. You may even want to apply another layer with a bluish tone and reduced opacity on top of the entire drawing in order to achieve that "night" look
