Now Viewing: knot_gagTag type: General A knot_gag is a type of cleave_gag where the rope or cloth wrapped around the subjects head is knotted where the gag sits in between the teeth. This fills the mouth more than a simply cleave_gag, blocking more sound and holding the subjects mouth open further similar to a ball_gag.
