It was the first of four Myoukou-class cruisers. In Kantai_Collection, she has short_hair brown_hair with a hair_bun (revealed in her second remodel) and brown_eyes. Her seiyuu is Taneda_Risa. Her second remodel (remodel_(Kantai_Collection)) gives her a new modified uniform shared with her fellow sister ships's second remodel. The main differences is that she has a white/green/brown camouflage on her ship parts and on other select parts. The face she makes on her Medium/Heavy Damage pose [1] as well as the pose itself (Myoukou pose) is considered to be memetic.
