She is a Lycoris agent who gets into trouble because of her particularly aggressive and ruthless tactics, even by Lycoris standards. She will often stop at nothing to take out the enemies with lethal force. Even though she saved a fellow Lycoris in the process, Takina is blamed for screwing up an operation and as punishment, is removed from DA and sent to work at a cafe LycoReco where she is paired with Nishikagi Chisato. Takina is upset at this development and her main goal is to do well enough at Cafe Lycoreco and get back into DA's good graces. Takina is Chisato's opposite in personality, she is professional, pragmatic, and serious to the point that her life has essentially revolved around Lycoris work and she knows little about living like a civilian. Takina's first instinct when dealing with threats is to go for the kill while Chisato wants to incapacitate and leave them alive. As she spends more time working at LycoReco and alongside Chisato, Takina finds her values changing and her attitude loosening up. She comes to appreciate Chisato's willingness to help out others in any way she can and becomes capable at handling the actual cafe duties at the cafe. As a Lycoris, she is known for her exceptional accuracy to the point that Chisato concedes that Takina might be an even better shot than her She is voiced by Wakayama_Shion.
