She is hot-headed and more openly emotional in contrast to her partner Ross Sylibus, but she is a more powerful fighter than he is even though she is much shorter and smaller than he is. When she is especially angry, she will often put on her sunglasses and instantly becomes cold and threatening. Although the two are opposites, Naomi and Ross develop an intimate relationship with each other. She is very sympathetic towards the plight of the Thirds and robots in general and Ross eventually comes around to share her view on robots. She herself is a Third, which gives her superhuman strength and endurance. She is voiced by Kasahara_Hiroko in the original OVAs and Yuzuki_Ryoka in Dual Matrix. Actress Juliette Lewis played her in the English dub of Dual Matrix.
