She is one of the most legendary Lycoris who ever lived thanks to being the main agent responsible for stopping a terrorist attack at Tokyo Tower. Yet in spite of this incredible accomplishment, Chisato is a bit of an outcast in Lycoris circles thanks to her quirks. She refuses to take a life, using a gun loaded with inaccurate rubber bullets to facilitate this, and has a carefree personality, often enjoying the more mundane odd jobs at Cafe LycoReco just as much as the jobs DA deems more important. Nevertheless, Chisato is possibly the most skilled Lycoris who ever lived. She is blessed with superhuman reflexes, being to able to accurately predict where her enemy is going to shoot just by glancing at their muscle movements and immediately move out of the line of fire. This gives her the ability to effectively dodge bullets. As her gun is rather inaccurate, she holds her gun in Center Axis Relock stance and uses lots of close quarters combat tactics to non-lethally incapacitate her enemies. Chisato's way of life may be incomprehensible to those in DA, but she is very close to her fellow Cafe LycoReco employees, and her new partner Inoue Takina steadily comess to feel the same way in spite of their polar opposite personalities. She is voiced by Anzai_Chika.
