The anime adaptation is split into two OVA episodes with the second one called Shin Sei Yariman Gakuen Enkou Nikki. The first OVA focuses on Miho and Rei while the second focuses on Eri and Mana. Saiki Yasou is a middle aged fat man who feels depressed and lonely after divorcing his wife of twenty years but things begin looking up for him once a busty and horny teenage girl from St. Marian Academy approaches him looking for a client and leads him into a series of sexual encounters with her and her classmates. 10 years later, the game was remade as Sei Yariman Gakuen Pakopako Nikki 2021. The remake follows the original faithfully, but the characters have been redesigned by a different artist, sian, and a new character has been added.
