"missing neck") kind, a type of youkai. Her theme song's title and dialog from one of the player characters additionally refer to her as a dullahan. She is called the "Bizarreness of the Rokurokubi." She appears as Stage 2 mid-boss and boss of Touhou 14, Double_Dealing_Character. A prideful and somewhat cynical youkai who lives in disguise in Gensoukyou's Human Village. Has the ability to make her head fly, which has led to many disembodied head gags in fandom.
