Tier Hallibel is a fictional character from the anime Bleach. She is both an Arrancar and the 3rd Espada. She is a dark skinned blond woman with a large bust. Although she is working with the villains and initially appears somewhat sinister, she is actually of the more noble Arrancars alongside Coyote Starrk as her reason for fighting is rather similar to the main heroes; she dislikes fighting, but she does so because she wishes to protect her Fraccion friends. She is working with the villains because she believes that by doing so she will become strong enough to sufficiently protect her friends. She is also one of the calmer and less violent Espadas, who is only angered when her friends are endangered. She spends much of her screen time with the bottom half of her face covered, but her full face is revealed when she activates her Ressurrecion. Her somewhat revealing costume and Ressurrecion make her one of the more popular Espada. Her Ressurreccion is known as Tiburon (Spanish for Shark), and grants her the ability over all forms of water, including ice and steam. It was believed that she was dead after Sousuke Aizen struck her down after Stark and Barragan's demise, but it was later revealed she survived, as did her Fracciones who were also believed to be dead, and went on to rule Hueco Mundo, until she was captured by the Vandenreich.
