They must be wearing pants, shorts or other lower-body clothing, but not wearing a shirt or other upper-body clothing. If no lower-body clothing is visible (commonly seen in upper_body posts), use nude instead. Don't use nude, bare_shoulders, bare_back, or bare_arms with this tag. For female characters, use either the topless tag (if not wearing anything at all on the upper body) or the no_shirt tag (if wearing a bra, swimsuit, or other upper-body underwear with lower-body clothing like pants or a skirt).
