The happy birthday tag refers to any image where the phrase "Happy birthday!", a variation thereof, or the corresponding phrase in another language appears. Images using the phrase generally mean to "honor" a character's fictional birthday or the anniversary of a franchise, but they can also celebrate a real person's birthday, for example, of the illustrator's friend's. Do not tag images depicting birthday_cakes and birthday parties unless the phrase actually appears somewhere. For such images, use just birthday. If the image contains a date or year, also tag the year number.
