She is the tomboyish childhood friend of Koizumi Hanayo. Unlike Hanayo, Rin is energetic, cheerful, and good at physical activities. She is quite cat like in personality and often ends her sentences with "nyan!" She often encourages the shy Hanayo to follow her dreams. Nevertheless, Rin tends to stay in the background in her contributions to Muse and has difficulty making decisions when put on the spot. While she is generally cheerful, she has a massive complex about her tomboyishness. Specifically, she views herself as unfeminine and un-cute and therefore ill-suited to feminine activities. This complex stems from her childhood; when she wore a skirt and tried to act a bit more feminine she was made fun of boys who considered her to be effectively male due to her tomboyishness. Deep down, she wants to be able to wear outfits like skirts and fancy dresses but she doesn't act on her desires because she feels that such outfits would not look good on her. When Hanayo joined Muse and insisted Rin join her in doing so, Rin initially protested, claiming that she didn't suit the feminine activity of idol singing. Her complex eventually comes to the forefront when, due to circumstances outside of her control, she is made the temporary leader of Muse and has to be the star of a performance at a fashion show, complete with wearing a very fancy dress. While Rin loves the dress, her lack of faith in her own femininity and cuteness causes her to reject the dress and insist that one of the other girls should wear it. However, thanks to the persistent support from her friends, she eventually puts on the dress and delivers a successful performance, during which she is called cute and pretty by people outside of her friends for the first time. After this experience, she overcomes her complex and is more willing to wear skirts. She is voiced by Iida_Riho.
