In contrast to the previous generation, holocouncil, who were god like personifications of abstract concepts, this generation is based around a prison theme. Each member has been imprisoned due to possessing powers/knowledge that could potentially threaten the world and they made their debut as virtual_youtubers shortly after breaking out. Like their predecessors, their content still largely consists of light-hearted streams in spite of their serious lore.
