Stage 2 midboss and boss, as well as Extra Stage midboss of Touhou's Perfect_Cherry_Blossom. She is the nekomata shikigami of Yakumo_Ran, herself the shikigami of Yakumo_Yukari. Despite her knowledge of black magic, Chen is rather weak by herself, only gaining a massive increase in power in the presence of her master. She is also weakened by water. In her first appearance, Chen has dark brown eyes, brown hair and wears a green mob_cap. She has black cat ears, with a gold earring in the left one, and two tails. Her dress is red with a white bow on the collar, with gold trimming and light pink frills at the bottom. The dress has light pink sleeves. She wears socks and has long hot pink fingernails. Fanworks frequently portray her as a daughter figure to Yakumo Ran, often exuding a level of cuteness that often gives her epic_nosebleeds, as well as being an honorary member of Team_9.
