Is there an IP ban system?
Obviously one wouldn't want to be too hasty to ip ban every rule breaker, but for those who create thousands of accounts for the sole purposes of vandalism, you'd want a way to put them down for the count eh?
Vandalizing wiki entries though? ouch.
And loli tagging isn't anywhere near as annoying here as it was on Danbooru. For obvious reasons.

if were only that easy, if your IP isnt static its pointless unless you ban a whole block and thereby stop possibly thousands of users who have done nothing wrong, even then if you factor in a 5min search on google there is a wealth of other ways to get around IP banning.
