good question, the quality rule is pretty arbitrary. I've had to flag images that are very badly produced just to find out if its okay, but they have stayed for whatever reason, while others much better produced ones got deleted for poor quality. So I don't bother with that anymore, I'm sure the mods will take care of it.

Unfortunately quality is subjective. I might not delete something unless I feel it's shit-tier quality while another mod might be more critical. I deal with most of the flagged post queue but I sometimes come across posts that I want a second opinion for. If someone else on the staff hasn't killed them after a day then I unflag them.

I'm not saying it's good. I just wasn't sure it was bad enough to delete. If another mod wants to kill it I won't complain.
