The “check_translation” tag implies the “translation_request” tag, so you can’t remove the latter while keeping the former. That could be the problem.

Only staff can set a tag as deprecated.

The tag already appears to gave been set as deprecated. If this was already the case when you posted, there's no need to do anything further. Deprecated tags now remain in our database permanently even if there are no more posts with the tag.

Should the tag "cowlick" be aliased to "ahoge"? Also, "photo_background" inherently implies "photo_(medium)", right?

Is there any way to add tags to multiple images at once as a gardener? I want to help with the Sex tag because I noticed a lot of people forgets to put Hetero and Yaoi tag (Even me) and for Yuri they don't use tribadism. The only problem is that there are A LOT of posts with this so it would take many years to make a small difference if I had to do it one by one :(

You can request a moderator to do it for you. In this case I probably won't do it because the tagger can't see the images, only the tags, so it would make a lot of mistakes if a mass edit were done for these.

As an example, tribalism could be yuri or bisexual. Even with the bisexual, 1boy and multiple boys tags negated and female_focus added the yuri tag would still be added to a large number of undertagged posts that it shouldn't be on.

Edit: tribadism -1boy -multiple_boys -bisexual -futanari -newhalf -penis -yuri --> yuri was only 28 posts so I did that.

Edit2: anal sex -1girl -1boy -multiple_girls -bisexual -futanari -newhalf -pussy -tentacle -object_insertion -yaoi male_focus --> yaoi was 34 posts, done.

Edit3: sex vaginal -anal 1girl 1boy -multiple_girls -multiple_boys -bisexual -futanari -newhalf -tentacle -object_insertion -bestiality -hetero --> hetero 7265 posts. I failed to find any exceptions so mistagged posts should be few if any.

It could be very nice to have an option that allowed us to say which tags we want to add and choose which posts will have it with one click, and if we can avoid the recaptcha better.

go to options and slap the tags you want into "my tags" for easier access. as for the captcha, it goes away after you get enough xp
