It's been "keqing_(genshin_impact)" for a while now. I don't even remember having it aliased the other way before. There was a time when we had both tags, but I don't remember having just "keqing".

An image file with the same MD5 hash can not be re-uploaded to the site. The site will think it's a duplicate and deny the upload. This file is lost forever.
Also, I never bother to re-upload a dead file, I just archive it. We still don't know why this happens so we can't fix it yet.

Since the images are saved as MD5hash.ext, and the filename and path is easily available from the "original image" link, I was thinking you could manually replace it in the filesystem on the image server(s). In the case of the one I posted it'd be img3.gelbooru.com/images/...5ca29e0ef79c25a378b3f.png I know it's not a scale-able approach, but if this only happens occasionally, it should be doable. Maybe consider it going forward, if not for the already archived images.

Only lozertuser has access to the server, and he doesn't really have time to verify that the image is correct for the hundreds (or maybe thousands) of posts this has happened to, so for now it's unlikely to be fixed.

How can we auto-tag an artist on all images? Like for Naruho, I want all his posts to have mature female or naruto tagged, how can I do that?
