Are b-pang_(dlcksdn95) and b-pang two different artist tags? It seems the majority of them have the b-pang tag but the one with brackets is the only one with the artist tag.... should these two be merged?

If bangs aren't blunt then it's not really a hime cut. Many taggers may not know that though.

Two typo'd tags had been added to several posts, which I fixed but I can't set the typo'd tag itself to deprecated, and I'm also not sure if that is the normal way to do this.

one thing that bothers me...
"pointless_censoring" is metadata but "censored" and "uncensored" aren't... Heck, it should be the other way around: pointless_censoring should be just a regular tag and the other two should be metadata.

What makes an ikea shark an ikea shark?
Not all stuffed sharks look the same so at what point would you tag one as an ikea shark?

For instance, this one is tagged like that but the (probably) stuffed shark in the image is not well defined.
