I'm gonna start posting in this topic more frequently since I often find myself at odds when it comes to finding certain tags to describe more specific scenarios/elements. And I want to become a better tagger.
What tags would describe the act of her bouncing her huge ass on his penis?

historia_reiss should alias to krista_lenz as Danbooru as they use the latter. The former as their real name is considered a spoiler in their tag wiki page, and I would like searching for porn with her under a single tag.

When two images are the same except that one is the censored version (mosaic) and the other is uncensored (not decensored), should both of them be left up or should I flag the censored one for deletion?

Typically the original is censored and the uncensored one is an edit. As long as it is not a poor edit we keep both.
