Hey y'all, first post in the Gelbooru here. I have a question: Is there any way a user can save images to their computer without having to get a source code for the image itself?

Rename it.

Not quite sure what I'm upposed to do...

Well...The problem is more that I can't seem to get to the place where I can save the pitcures I want. Like this one, for example: gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=1180025

Normally, I would go to "Original Image", click it and it would send me to a page with the image on it, ready to be downloaded. With the image in the link I posted though, when I click "Original Image" it just updates the page with the original image...That my browser can't save. What do I do?

How much time needs to pass between edits so you don't get caught by the limit? Do uploads count as edit? (If not... Why should someone mopping Furio's mess be stopped while that account keeps dumping stuff?)

Oh. I misunderstood you.

You could right click "Original Image" and open it in a new tab/window to view the original image directly. That kinda sounds like what you want.

It was a 5 second solution to some bot that was flooding the site because Lozer is at a hookerthon until Saturday.

I, for the time being, have given up tagging unless absolutely necessary on my part because it's too frustrating otherwise.

I've heard around thirty seconds. I don't believe uploads count.

I keep seeing artist tags left in the original Japanese kanji/katakana/hiragana. Is this against the rules? I can only imagine it making artist searches a huge pain for those who don't know Japanese.

Yes, it is.

We require Roman characters for artists/tags.

Happened to me, too. I went and did something else for like, 2 minutes and then came back.

So that means that Gelbooru has been breaking a lot lately? Because the FastCGI Error keeps popping up often times.
