These are two separate tags but I lack the knowledge as to why both exist...If you're sitting on someone's face, are you not committing the act of facesitting? If that is even an act, that is... dotdotdot ... thanks!

There are many tags which are synonyms and have usage split between them.
They exist because people don't know all of the tags and don't check all of the possible alternatives before tagging.
They should be unified, but many people don't want to perform the thankless task of cleaning up an endless number of these.
