The picture is of a pink-haired girl with exceptionally long horizontal ears, and with a fairly angry-looking expression and has bright blue eyes that are fairly large. She is wearing some kind of crystal armor, and has a good amount of cleavage showing, but her breast size is small. She's definitely a step above loli in her body type. In the background there is some large spaceship or fortress in the darkness behind her.
I vaguely recall someone saying it was a CG from an H-game, but that is too large a list to search though.
The pic was last seen years ago in the photobucket album of the GameFAQs use Gabe Logan who was quite the loliphile. So it's about 8 years old at the minimum. Of course I can't find his album or any archive of the Anime and Manga forums that I can search though or else this endeavor would be much easier.

The armor was definitely some form of crystal and didn't look too flexible. The yellow things are streams of light, but I mostly did this to show roughly what position she was in. Yes I made that in an attempt for the similar images search to find it. Sue me. I've asked in many other places as well and turned up completely empty-handed from that as well.

Edit: Nevermind... I missed that part about the "cleavage". But I do seem to recall having seen such an image before. The space castle was located slightly to the left partly above and behind her if I remember correctly?

I believe it was, but my memory is fuzzy. Not sure about slightly to the left but it was definitely behind her and dominating most of the background. Also I'm being a bit liberal on the cleavage things, she only had rather small breasts.
