What's the procedure for adding a new character tag?

I'm asking because of these images from the same source:

that are currently tagged as takayama_maria, but show
Shizuko Amaike (天池 志津子, Amaike Shizuko) aka "Sister Amaike" from the game/anime Fortune Arterial.

Evidence:
Her swimsuit says 天池, the source link contains FA, and the japanese text under the images in the source link accurately
describes her as the dorm manager.

I took a look at the existing tags, and couldn't find anything suitable for this character.
Anyway, I'd appreciate if someone at least retagged these images as being from Fortune Arterial.

The 2 characters do look fairly similar except for one being a loli.
Sister Amaike is pictured in a school swimsuit simply because she works in a school.

The correct tag in this case would be amaike_shizuko.

All you need to do is add it to the images that it should be on, and then set its type to character in the tags listing.

Or just tag one image as char:amaike_shizuko, which will automatically set it as a character tag (You only need to do this once).

It needs to be character: actually. Last I checked anyway.
