Certain artists on this site upload a lot and i enjoy their work. I wish to know if I can favorite an artist. Or even just a tag (Which could be the artist) I know i can favorite images but there should be an option for tags is there isn't, and if there is where is it located?

It is not possible yet. Maybe in a future version of Gelbooru.

Yes, you may use the tracker to report bugs or suggest new features to this site. Your requested feature is already listed so you don't need to worry about it.

It may be some time though before it is implemented. This site runs on funds from banner ads and most of that is spent on bandwidth and server upkeep. The lead programer Geltas doesn't work for free so updates are few and far between.

I have a chrome bookmark folder full of artists. About 30 or so.

I guess a favorite system for tags in general would be implemented eventually. As Danbooru does sort of.
