I expect gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...s=list&tags=sleep_sex refers just literally to sex while sleep_molestation is used to otherwise refer to other kinds of non-intercourse lewdness.
How might you look for something where it's the SLEEPER who is initiating things (like sleepwalking or sleepeating), as I believe sleep molestation is meant to imply the sleeper is passive/receptive and it's an awake person doing stuff to them.
For example of active sleeper:

Another thing I'm wondering w/ multi-tag searching is how I could look for situations where the usual gender roles are reversed.

If I'm looking for some kind of rare exception where a girl is drawn doing stuff to a sleeping guy, is there some way to indicate that?
If we don't yet then how might we add a tag to specify this?

I think the "assertive_female" tag would solve most of these problems.

The sleep_molestation tag's a mess in general. It seems that a lot of people don't understand the difference between sleep_molestation (sexual contact other than penetration to a sleeping person) and rape (penetration of a sleeping person). Also, sometimes images where a person's being molested or raped while sleeping don't get either tag. I've been working on the loli + sleeping tags, but have probably missed some stuff.
There's also a problem of how you tag images after sleep_molestation in sets. after_rape doesn't work, because they weren't raped. after_sex doesn't work for the same reason. I've been putting sleep_molestation on those, because there's nothing better to use. (I asked about this in the gardening thread and got no response, so at the very least my approach wasn't condemned.)

Danbooru's definition of sleep_molestation includes rape.

This particular kink would likely require a completely new tag. Sexsomnia is the common name.
