I see the reason, I just don't understand how it makes sense considering the contents of the site and even whole existence of the tag by itself and that authors work being on the site.

The "toddler" tag exists for nonsexual representation of toddlers.
The "toddlercon" tag "exists" because the counters include deleted posts. If you actually search it, you will generally find very few posts, if any at all. We perodically go through it and remove offending posts.

It's in an awkward spot where it's hard to tell if its not anime/japanese stylized enough or too western. Other Gwen posts are still here due either to quality sake or is sufficiently drawn in an "anime" style. Personally, I think it was fine as is, but lotta people are purists regarding this stuff. It is by far lower on the list of egregious off-topic looking posts in my opinion. Honestly the lack of tagging seems more of an issue than deciding if it shoulda been deleted.
