My dude, its not breaking. Its the cheating. You are young, when i had your age i did go already through a few relationships, and it didnt hurt me a lot. But when you love, you put your trust on someone else and that person betrays you, it can be incredibly hurtful. I have seen men take their life after events like that, i have seen men that never recovered after events like that. I could recover the first time and it took me 2 years to get my mind back, but the next time dealing with cheating. When i did try again, and i put my trust in someone else, and did my best to avoid mistakes... and still got betrayed by a person that have problems keeping their legs closed.... the heartbreak pain, killed a part me. My self protection mode kicked in, and said, okey, having a relationship so far has been bad you, look at you, crying because that person cheated on you with someone else, you tried again and you failed and now your mind is a mess, i will take you away from relationships. And i am now in that stage, my mind is still a mess, i still have episodes in which my mind remembers everything that happened, the pain, what i said, what i found. And still makes me fucking cry. And because i fear that pain, i dont want to deal with relationships anymore. I dont care if the probabilities are low. I dont want to fucking suffer.
