If I was in control, things would look like this:

Safe (E) - You can show this stuff to your grandma, or in a school, no problem.
Sensitive (T) - Ecchi, sexy stuff, "safe" things that wouldn't fit well in safe.
Questionable (M) - Hentai, Nudity, no sex, pussies or dicks. Extreme Ecchi.
Explicit (AO) - Hentai. everything goes. Lolis, shotas, sex, pussies, dicks, guro, extreme abuse.

Yeah, and easy to understand descriptions are needed in the upload page.

The reason we can't use both "safe" and "sensitive" is because Danbooru lets you use just the first letter of a rating, and we plan to support that as well. One needs to be a different letter.

When will being able to search ratings by typing the first letter instead of the whole word be released? That'll be extremely helpful.

I make typos a lot by fat fingering, regardless of if I'm on the computer or phone, so yes, it'll actually be helpful.

My idea can work if sensitive just gets replaced by something that doesn't start with S. Safe works so much better than general as description.

Hmm are you mods able to change a post’s rateing without it showing up in the tag history? Because I found a post that hasn’t been changed in it’s tag history since 9-2021. Wondering if it’s a bug. It even changed to blue after I added tag…hmmm.
