It depends on the amount of skin shown, and the amount of detail/focus given to it. I would say the first two are G, but the other two are S.
Number 2 seems a bit more sexualized than number 4 to me, given the style of shading on the stomach and thighs.

Tbh should be questionable as the character in the picture is wearing rather revealing clothing that make her breasts stand out more, And it can easily be considered as soft porn.

I agree. In the past I would never give the safe rating to a post like that. And I just still see sensitive as a renamed safe rating. And a huge amount of posts in the site still reflect that.
