i get that but the better solution would've been to tighten the requirements for the safe tag, regardless of how many ratings you add stuff will still be wrongly tagged all the time, and this new system is so incredibly vague that it basically doesn't mean anything, sensitive is still mostly 100% perfectly safe stuff
all this changes really is adding yet another rating for people to use wrong while also making it less convenient for everyone else
i get the need to try and make the safe rating have less borderline or sometimes outright porn that was wrongly tagged but this doesn't work it just makes things more complicated for no actual positive results

The sensitive rating is mostly safe because the safe rating was renamed to sensitive. Its up to the taggers and uploaders to separate the sensitive and general content. That will take quite some time.
Nothing can be changed on our side. You will have to deal with it.

I don't like the enormous influence Dan has on this site. This was all their idea. Also many of those safe posts with wrong ratings came from Dan.

honestly i agree with that, one of the things that makes gelbooru good is that it doesn't (usually) try to copy the fucks running dan
i rather like the site not begging me for money so i can have the slightest of basic features like searching more than 2 tags at a time and i sure as hell hope gel isn't gonna try to copy dan any more than this

I think if there was a little description of the ratings in the upload page and when you hover the rating text on the posts, people would learn to use the ratings better.
