i'd learn magic, get physically stronger, depending on the situation make the world better or conquer it. lots of stuff like that.
as for what kind of world, don't know fantasy is always nice, sci-fi i feel is few in number but still cool idea like going to a world like star wars or ratchet and clank or ones with giant mechs. also you know how some isekai's might transform you into something else, while there's lots of interesting you could be, i had a thought that there's no iseki where you're turned into a giant. spiders, sword, skeletons, slimes; huh lots of S's? but no giants?! come on who hasn't thought about fantasizing as a big person, when we were kids all we wanted was to get bigger so we could drive cars and lots of other things.
