On the hand, you can see that they have a Geass of their own. I'm not sure if they're being controlled, and the red ring is just stylistic, or if they have Geass AND are being controlled.

I made my comment mostly because in the past when I was tagging pictures with the red ring as mind_control, I was eventually told that it's not enough for the tag, the person needs to be acting in some way as a result of mind control.
