man guys...it's an animated png.probably mng or apng or something like that.the newest firefox verisons can play them.your windows probably can't with the image viewer so just open it with something else like firefox when saved.wanna know why poeple use animated png's now?because tehre is no quality loss like in gif thats why i like this format.
