Then along came 3.0 which undid all the awesome, removed Rei with no explanation except "she's gone", cut Mari down to a mere support fire, didn't even show Kaji, made Asuka into a hateful cunt, discarded all the anticipation about the Mark.06 and dragged on for an hour and a half, delivering no answers.

I don't think Asuka was that bad, it was just Asuka being Asuka, if someone was turned into completely hateful cunt it was Misato, she cheers for him at the end of 2.0 to go for it and then on 3.0 she goes bitch mode on him like that? She didn't knew evas could destroy the world like that and she had access to far, but far more information than Shinji ever did, so why act like that?

She's by far the one person with most responsability on the 4th impact since she made Shinji try to correct all he did.
