There is no male knight. That's a female under the helmet. There's another picture somewhere on the site that has her helmet off and you see it's a woman behind it.

Heels eh? Hm...people will find anything. First it was "Well nothing for armor will get you raped." welp, looks like heels will too even if you're fully armored, this pic proves that it makes no difference if you have actual armor or not.

Actually, high heels are derived from boots that were made to grip stirrups. Heels at that width and height are fairly functional. I'm not sure of the exact historical timing, but if they were contemporary with plate armour, knights probably would have worn them.

And since I looked it up, it seems like Europe had rider's heels around 1600, so it's possible they might have been found on latter day plate armour, as heavy cavalry was still in use at the time. Cuirassiers definitely had them, but I'm not sure how much armour they wore.
