That it could also grant big boobs ot a magician whow anted to appear more girly isn't a stretch of the imagination at all.

I'm trying to figure out the translation for this. "onee-san" is obvious, and "oshioki" is punishment or scolding. I translated this as "Onee-san is gonna punish you.", but I'm not completely sure if this is correct. Someone check me on this?
