This isnt Quelaag. Its the daughter of chaos. Then again I cant really tell, since the daughter of chaos has a white spider body. So its probably just a chaos witch. Either way, its not Quelaag. Quelaag has black hair, a flaming spider body, red lips(I believe), her eyes were never shown, & was in general not at all this.

You are right the pose as well as the hair colour implies this is guelaan not quelaag.
