I'm sorry but this doesn't make a lick of sense. First of all, why are there TWO mikos if they're supposedly representing ONE country? Second of all, what is their target? No doubt only a MASTERTACTICIAN would approve of assaulting boats with arrows.

Logic motherheffer, do you use it? Discerning the image in a metaphorical sense it would definitely seem they're the incarnations of Dai Nippon. But they're a pair, not ONE person, I'm implying this depicts DAI NIPPON as split in personality. GJ artist. Also they're shooting kamikaze themed arrows from their quivers, as DAINIPPON would send off her children in metal carriers towards certain death. Clear enough for you?
