The character's name is Sakuya. He's a trap. There's an image on his website dealing with Kyouko (his redheaded futanari protgonist's siblings), Sakuya is the youngest, a guy and dresses like a girl for unknown reasons.
The artist has only done a tiny bit of trap stuff, only of this character. Although the artist has done a few fuatnari girls with balls, he's very particular about them having a pussy, and although he likes variation with size, he doesn't do futanari girls that are this small. The aforemention image of the siblings also tags the character as a guy.
In this case, it's the aftermath of a raping by his (futanari) sister. So in the strictest sense of the word, it's not yaoi. (Although there's that 'tag what you see' sort of thing that doesn't know that it's from a futanari girl.)
